No, particularly in our high season (June to September) we do get heavily booked. We suggest as soon as you have planned your holiday or you know when you arrive in Port Douglas to call us or email us to make your reservation.
Yes. We are located at the northern end of Four Mile Beach (town end) where during the months of November through to May, you have to swim in the stinger net so you can enjoy swimming in the ocean all year around.
Yes we do have a pool. If you are travelling with children, a parent/supervisor needs to accompany the children.
No sorry, our park does not offer wi-fi. There are hotspots in town and a lot of cafes offer wi-fi..
If you are to arrive after office hours, please ring us during office hours to advise of your estimated arrival time. We will be ready when you arrive to check you in and help you park.
Not inside the park, but there is a small playground at the Surf Life Saving Club, right next to the beach and only a minute walk from the caravan park.
Yes we are but conditions apply. When you make a reservation please tell us what kind of pet you have and how many. We need to know this because we are only allowed a certain number of pets in the park per day. You have to keep your pet on a leash at all times and walk it outside the park. If you leave the park, your pet will come with you, you can not leave it on its own on your site. Pets are only allowed in the powered section and only in motorhomes and caravans (not in tents or rooftop tents). Pets are also not allowed in the pool area or camp kitchen.
Yes, we have a tour booking service. We are Port Douglas locals and know the region inside out. We can help you find the best tour for you.
