FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please contact us if you have any questions, or check the frequently asked questions below, we might already have the answer for you....

Q. Are there always sites available?

No, particularly in our high season (June to September) we do get heavily booked. We suggest as soon as you have planned your holiday or you know when you arrive in Port Douglas to call us or email us to make your reservation.

Q. Can we swim in the ocean?

Yes. We are located at the northern end of Four Mile Beach (town end) where during the months of November through to May, you have to swim in the stinger net so you can enjoy swimming in the ocean all year around.

Q. Do you have a pool?

Yes we do have a pool. If you are travelling with children, a parent/supervisor needs to accompany the children.

Q. Do you offer free wi-fi?

Yes we do

Q. Do you have a playground?

We are a short 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the playground in ANZAC Park

Q. Are you pet friendly?

Yes we are but conditions apply. When you make a reservation please tell us what kind of pet you have and how many. We need to know this because we are only allowed a certain number of pets in the park per day. You have to keep your pet on a leash at all times and walk it outside the park. If you leave the park, your pet will come with you, you can not leave it on its own on your site. Pets are only allowed in the powered section and only in motorhomes and caravans (not in tents or rooftop tents). Pets are also not allowed in the pool area or camp kitchen.

Q. Can we bring our bikes?

You can ride a bike in and out of the park at walking pace but not racing around the park. Why? Out of consideration for all guests of all ages, it gets quite busy around the amenities block and around the camp kitchen, our park is small and sites are close to each other and cars are getting bigger and bigger. The bike park is just a block away.

Q. Can we book tours at your park?

Yes, we have a tour booking service. We are Port Douglas locals and know the region inside out. We can help you find the best tour for you.
